- Passport Size photo
- Class Xth Admit Card / Birth Certificate
- Class XIIth Mark Sheet
- Class XIIth Passing Certificate (Optional)
- Scaned Signature of the Candidate
- Own Caste Certificate in case of SC, ST and OBC candidates or Medical Certificate wherever applicable
- EWS Certificate if applicable
